If something isn’t right with your Public Locomotion gear, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on:

Items must be new and in original packaging. Socks are not eligible for exchange.
Condition
Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean surface until you are sure about the fit.
Items returned with visible wear, dirt, damage, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Return Shipping
Public Locomotion covers return shipping for both returns and exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
